Terms & Conditions

These terms govern access to and use of this training platform ("the Service").

1 · The Service

The Service provides interactive workplace fire-safety training: structured learning modules, scenario-based exercises, knowledge checks, a capstone assessment, and completion certification. Content is professionally authored and grounded in current UK legislation and standards, including the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, the Fire Safety Act 2021, the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, and referenced British Standards and gov.uk guidance.

2 · Accounts

Accounts are personal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Administrators may manage, suspend, or remove accounts within their organisation.

3 · Certification

A certificate of completion is issued when a learner passes the capstone assessment and demonstrates mastery of all designated safety-critical items. Certificates carry a verifiable identifier that can be independently checked on the platform.

4 · Training, not advice

The Service supports workplace fire-safety training and awareness. It does not replace an organisation's own fire risk assessment, emergency plan, or the duties of the Responsible Person under applicable legislation, and does not constitute legal advice.

5 · Data

Learner progress data is stored to deliver the Service (placement, mastery, assessment history). Learners may export or request erasure of their data from within the platform. Data is not sold or shared with third parties.

6 · Intellectual property

All course content, imagery, software, and the mascot character are the intellectual property of the provider and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.

7 · Availability & changes

The Service is provided on a reasonable-endeavours basis. Content is reviewed and updated as legislation and standards evolve; material changes are recorded in each module's governance log.

Content undergoes continuous automated subject-matter review against the source legislation and standards cited in each module. Formal accreditation review of the curriculum by an independent, qualified fire-safety subject-matter expert is scheduled and pending; module governance records are updated as sign-offs complete.  ·  Last updated: July 2026.
